RETURN POLICY


The Artwork Factory Serigraph & Limited edition

All Artwork Factory Limited Editions are identified in the product introduction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. You'll receive a replacement, store credit in the amount of the returned purchase or a full refund for the price of the returned product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products which have been broken or disvalued in any way by the buyer are non-refundable.

If you do decide to return your Artwork Factory Limited Edition, please follow these instructions:

1. Email: returns@the-artwork-factory.com with your order number and specific reason for the return.

2. Please print out the Return Authorization form, fill it out, and include it with the returned shipment:

3. Repack the artwork in the original tube or box with the Return Authorization form as well as all of the packaging materials, product invoice, and certificate of authenticity that were included in the delivery.

4. Ship it back to us at the following address:

We highly recommend that you return your item via a trackable registered shipping method. We are not responsible for lost items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Works purchased through our retail partners:
We are unable to accept returns on those works of art purchased from our partner whole sellers or retail outlets. These works are all final sale items, and not available for return.

Damaged Goods:
Should your order arrive in less than satisfactory condition, to better assist you, please take a digital photo of the damaged item as well as the shipment packaging that it arrived in prior to opening, attach the photos and email to:

Submit with the return notification email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement, store credit or a refund.

You will receive an confirmation email from us within 48 business hours.
